He works with leading industrial hygienists, microbiologists, immunologists and toxicologists to strengthen his cases.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced business, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) litigation in La Jolla, California. This includes a number of cases as counsel of record in published Federal decisions in ADA litigation.

He is admitted to practice in both California and Texas, and before the courts of:

  • United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California
  • United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
