Ms. Cappelluti joined the firm in 2005. Her practice emphasizes the representation of developers and general contractors in construction litigation cases. She has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, for both residential and commercial construction projects. Specifically, she has defended her clients in construction defect claims, delay claims, construction site injuries, contract disputes, and toxic tort claims associated with residential construction projects. In addition, Ms. Cappelluti has been instrumental in assisting clients in forming corporations, preparing residential development documents for associated real estate transactions, and preparing contracts for construction clients. She has also advised her clients on the procurement and administration of WRAP/OCIP insurance policies. Ms. Cappelluti earned a J.D. at the University of San Francisco after obtaining a bachelor degree from Santa Clara University in Art History and English. She is admitted to practice in California, and to the United States District Court in the Eastern and Northern District. Her memberships include:
She lectures to members of different contractor groups on construction issues, contract disputes, and risk allocation issues facing the construction industry. Ms. Capelluti has also published several articles for the industry. Born in Madera, California, Ms. Capelluti is now a resident of San Francisco, California.
