Ms. Davies joined the firm in 2004. Her practice focuses on construction defect, construction contract disputes, and bodily injury litigation on behalf of developers and general contractors in Arizona and New Mexico.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1993 with a degree in communications, Ms. Davies attended the University of Arizona College of Law, earning a J.D. in 1997. She is admitted to practice in:

She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Arizona. Ms. Davies is a member of:

• Maricopa County Bar Association
• Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Board Member

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Ms. Davies also owns Stadium Toys, LLC, which designs, manufactures and distributes a variety of plastic noisemakers for sporting events. She designed and obtained three patents for Stadium Toys, which are sold to professional sports teams and individuals. In addition, she serves as a mentor in association with the Florence Crittenton Girls Home. Her hobbies included traveling and marathon running.
