Ms. Harris’ practice focuses on the representation of developers and general contractors in all construction matters with an emphasis in litigation. She joined the firm as Partner in 2008, after serving as Associate Counsel for KB Home, where she directed litigation for Southern California, Colorado and New Mexico. She has also represented clients in securing development agreements with municipalities throughout Southern California. Her experience as a licensed California General Contractor, former co-owner of a development/construction firm and real estate agent bring an added dimension to the legal services she provides to her clients.

Ms. Harris was born and raised in West Texas and resides in San Diego, California. Her interests include boating and spending time with her extended family.
