Mr. Polito joined the firm in 1990. He has devoted his practice to defending large corporations and businesses against personal injury claims. Mr. Polito is a seasoned and successful trial lawyer, most notably in jury verdict cases for construction defects and general liability. In addition, Mr. Polito acts as Judge Pro-Tempore for the Two Attorney Panel Settlement Conference Board in the Vista, California Superior Court.

A Literature and Communications Major at Pace University, Mr. Polito attended Southwestern University Law School, receiving a J.D. in 1983. He is admitted to practice before:

• United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California.

Born in New York, New York, Mr. Polito now resides in Poway, California. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, gardening, and cooking.
