Gillian L. Gregory


Ms. Gregory joined Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP as an associate in February of 2001, and after working as in-house counsel for Zurich North America for several years, rejoined the firm in July of 2013. Ms. Gregory’s practices focuses on the representation of developers and general contractors in complex commercial and residential construction defect mater including single family home projects and high-rise mixed used condominium and apartment projects.

Prior to join Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP in 2013, Ms. Gregory’s practice embraced a diverse range of practice areas including landlord-tenant, mechanic’s liens, bankruptcy, trademark, partnership disputes, real estate, neighbor disputes, construction defect, general business counseling and commercial collections.

Ms. Gregory has been lead trial counsel on general business disputes, collection matters and construction defect actions.

Ms. Gregory’s practice is rooted in the belief that an attorney’s role is to produce the best result for her clients in the shortest time and lowest cost feasible given the dynamics of each individual matter.

Ms. Gregory graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego including a minor in the University’s graduate level Paralegal Studies program. Ms. Gregory was a member of Law Review at the University of San Diego School of Law.

Ms. Gregory was born in Motherwell, Scotland and immigrated to California with her family in 1967. Ms. Gregory resides in San Diego and enjoys traveling, scuba diving and gardening
