Kyle R. Rohrer


Kyle Rohrer practices civil litigation, with his current practice areas being construction defect defense, products liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, Kyle was a clerk for the Honorable Maureen McKnight at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Before that, he was a certified law clerk at the Washington County District Attorney’s office.

Kyle grew up in Great Falls, Montana. He was introduced to the great outdoors at an early age, and quickly found the steepest runs to ski before hitting grade school. Following his passion, he moved to Colorado, where, besides skiing, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in English and Socio-Legal Studies. Staying west, Kyle then moved to Eugene, Oregon, to earn his Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Oregon. During his time at the University of Oregon, he served as Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review and a Moot Court Member. Having settled down in Portland, Oregon, Kyle enjoys running, rock-climbing, and escaping to Mount Hood or Mount Bachelor during the winter months.
