Leena Moten


Before joining Lorber, Greenfield & Polito LLP,  Leena was a criminal defense attorney who worked at the Primary Public Defender’s office of San Diego County for over 16 years. She represented clients who could not afford legal services in both serious misdemeanor and felony cases, and was involved in all aspects of litigation – from arraignments, negotiations, motions and hearings to jury trials.
Leena is a 1999 graduate from Portland State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Business Management. She graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2005, where she was involved in her law school’s Legal Clinic and a member of the Black Law Student Association.
Leena grew up in Beaverton, Oregon. She currently resides in Oceanside, California with her husband and their 2 young daughters, ages 2 and 4. They spend their free time at playgrounds, beaches, in the pool, watching movies and sports, cooking and taking walks with their Boston Terrier.
