Nicole D. Allen


Nicole D. Allen is an associate in the Poway office of Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP, directing her practice towards construction defect, personal injury, and general liability. Ms. Allen’s background in insurance defense litigation gives her a practical understanding of her clients’ needs and priorities.  Ms. Allen is licensed to practice before all California state courts.

Prior to joining Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP, Ms. Allen graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law located in San Diego, California. Ms. Allen was recognized for her academic achievements with placements on the Dean’s List and receipt of the Academic Merit Scholarship and Diversity Merit Scholarship. While in law school, she was awarded with the American-Jurisprudence Award in STEPPS – Professional Responsibility, Professional Skills, Prevention & Problem Solving & Advance Legal Writing and Products Liability. She also served as Executive Director of Notes and Comments for California Western Law Review. She worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable William McCurine Jr. [ret.], United States Magistrate Judge U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, San Diego, California. Ms. Allen is actively involved in mentoring programs offered through California Western School of Law and various bar associations.
