Maeve B. Lozoya

Ms. Lozoya is a licensed New Mexico attorney who started her legal career as a paralegal which has allowed her to gain an extensive background in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters in multiple jurisdictions spanning 10 years.

During law school, she focused her studies on criminal, tort and insurance law.  Having successfully handled over 20 misdemeanor bench trials as a Prosecutor Extern for the cities of Avondale, Buckeye and Tolleson, Arizona, the experience allowed her to develop a keen understanding of how to operate in the courtroom.

Ms. Lozoya graduated from University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona in 2011 with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in Phoenix, Arizona in 2016.
