Mr. Polito joined the firm in 1990. He has devoted his practice to defending large corporations and businesses against personal injury claims from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries including traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Polito is a seasoned and successful trial lawyer, most notably in jury verdict cases for construction defects and general liability. In addition, Mr. Polito acts as Judge Pro-Tempore for the Two Attorney Panel Settlement Conference Board in the Vista, California Superior Court.
Mr. Polito attended the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution program at Pepperdine University School of Law in February 2014.
A Literature and Communications Major at Pace University, Mr. Polito attended Southwestern University Law School, receiving a J.D. in 1983. He is admitted to practice before:

- United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California.
