Kudos to our partner Thomas Olsen and associate John Goodman for their excellent litigation results in the matter of FM & Sons Inc v. Ryan Companies, et al. which resulted in a complete victory for our client Ryan Companies in both the defense of the complaint, and also prosecution of the cross-complaint in the recently concluded bench trial.
