Integrity and comMITMENT

LGP is a civil litigation firm with over 40 years of experience providing the highest level of legal services to its clients.  We have offices throughout the Western United States. We provide services to insurance companies, developers, general contractors, corporations and large institutions.  Our attorneys have conducted the defense in matters ranging from large construction defect claims, construction accidents involving bodily injury, property damage, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, including cases arising out of automobile accidents covering the spectrum from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injury including traumatic brain injuries and other related matters.

We constantly seek to resolve claims in the early stages of litigation, including aggressively and routinely pursuing dispositive motion practice.  We credit our success as defense attorneys to the thorough preparation and teamwork between the carrier, the insured and the firm. Our collaborative efforts with our corporate clients have also yielded positive results by implementing successful defense strategies to solve very difficult legal issues.  Attorneys also frequently provide counsel on litigation matters that serve to assist the client in being proactive in their business thereby mitigating future exposure.

Working in concert with our clients has resulted in solid long-term relationships, established trust,  confidence and resolution of conflicts with a mutual goal.
