Joseph “Joe” Winsby is a top-notch trial attorney that has spent the last thirteen years litigating construction, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and catastrophic personal injury cases in Miami, Florida. Mr. Winsby was a partner at a mid-sized firm before making the decision with his wife and young children to move to the Pacific Northwest to be around their extended family and explore the outdoors. He has extensive experience in state and federal courts in diverse practice areas, including appeals.
He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, ranking cum laude among his classmates and receiving an honors distinction from the nationally acclaimed Litigation Skills program. In 2014, he became a Trial College Fellow at the American Board of Trial Advocates’ National Trial College at Harvard Law School.
